It's not very often that a Dan grading comes around - so it was very special and exciting to run one today!

A massive congratulations to those who successfully graded:

Sensei Gareth to 3rd Dan (Sandan)

You all made it through a very tough 4-hour grading and really brought your A game! It was brilliant to watch you perform at your very best and I'm so proud of you all.

A big thanks to Sensei Will and Sensei Kayleigh for joining me on the grading panel, and to Matt for helping us out with the Kumite section.

Karate on as normal on Wednesday this week - look forward to seeing you there!
