Its been agreed that Sensei Clive 6th Dan will be taking the Sunday class every fortnight starting next Sunday 8th March. Sensei Clive is the Founder of the BABK. See you on the mat.

Lo que escribió fueron estas palabras “entrenamiento intelectual, entrenamiento físico, entrenamiento de la virtud, entrenamiento del ki. Todo esto produce sabiduría práctica”. Añadió que no funcionaría si fallaba aunque fuese uno de esos puntos, que la ausencia de cualquiera de ellos haría que todo se quedase en nada, e inevitablemente ralentizaría el desarrollo personal en su globalidad. Uno debía siempre, me dijo, mantener un equilibrio armonioso entre todos estos puntos
