New chutney alert! Coconut and Chilli Chutney.... traditional Keralan recipe with tons of spice, sweetness and sourness thanks to hot chillies, coconut and tamarind, tempered with mustard seed, curry leaves and chana dal and finished with sugar and vinegar. Fabulous dolloped into my hot and sour Keralan Chicken and Aubergine Curry and a bit extra on the side to go on my poppadoms. Will be available from next week, with all proceeds going to Ciara's expedition to Kerala in July x

Ciara's Keralan Tomato Relish is ready! Lovely sweet and sour flavours with tangy spice...perfect for jazzing up a burger or a cheese sandwich, adding to yoghurt for a marinade or coconut milk for a curry sauce and perfect with poppadoms. £3 per jar, all proceeds going to her World Challenge expedition.

I am also looking for local companies that would either be willing to support my fundraising (provide raffle prizes, help promote my events, match fund etc) or sponsor some of my kit.
