Out now in your Freestyle section (Musical School) or Bonus Library (Secondary): Rise Up with Teachers Rock, a new unit developed in partnership with YoungMinds UK that uses music to support young people's emotional wellbeing. 🎵🎤

Schools can also take part in a national campaign with Teachers Rock. The children will learn and perform Rise Up, with the option to submit audio or video recordings for inclusion in an official music video and single. They can also perform as part of a large-scale choir on July 19th at Exeter Cathedral. For more information and to register your school's interest, visit bit.ly/charanga-teachers-rock 🗣️

Charanga's Education Director, Mark Cardy, had a fantastic morning at the Aberdeen City Big Sing and Play 2026. Over 3,000 pupils came together in Duthie Park for a celebration of music, creativity and togetherness, performing alongside the Royal Scottish National Orchestra.

We're proud to have supported the delivery of the event alongside our partners, Aberdeen City Council Music Service and the RSNO. Thanks for having us!

We’re proud to be working in partnership with the Aberdeen City Council Music Service and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra to support the delivery of Big Sing and Play 2026. The event takes place on Wednesday, 27th May and will bring together over 3,000 pupils from Aberdeen City primary schools to sing and perform alongside musicians from the RSNO. See you there!
