A course using inks, painting, mark-making, and collage which incorporates art therapy, group- work and positive psychology. This course aims to support individuals in exploring creativity using a variety of materials and art practices. We create a non- judgemental space together to allow for play and experimenting. Conscious dance is an opportunity to practice presence, connect with body and mind, and express yourself freely and creatively through movement.
