Brilliant weekend crewing Sean at WHW race. Chuffed he executed well, overcame nutrition challenges and finished so strongly. Great that Catherine and Robert ran well also, running together the whole way.
Good to catch-up with loads of people all the way along the course, might have to try the race another time myself!🤔

Well done to coaching client James Martin on his successful Bob Graham round this weekend. Paced brilliantly and supported by an amazing crew enabling him to finish strong and comfortably under his schedule in challenging conditions. A lot of hard work and many recce runs on the route were key to his success. Great to witness...
