Mayfield House School

As part of RE week, at Mayfield House School, the children explored Islam by learning about Muslim beliefs and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad. They discussed important values such as kindness, respect, and compassion, and how these can be shown in everyday life.

We're back to school, refreshed and ready to smash the final half term 💪 - bring it on!

It's Mental Health Awareness Week this week and this year's theme is 'Action' because, while Awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action too. Action for our own Mental health, action for other people and action for society.

Mayfield House School are taking park in 'Wear It Green' Day on Thursday 14th May and turning the school green for good mental health! 💚

Yesterday we celebrated World Art Day at Mayfield House School!

Our curriculum is carefully designed to nurture creativity while supporting each child’s needs. Students are supported on a 1-2-1 basis to help stay inspired, engaged and appropriately challenged.

Our art room dedicates itself as an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to express themselves and develop confidence through art. They have been learning about some interesting artists such as Jackson Po***ck, Yayoi Kusama, and Banksy!
