Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) is support to cover the study-related costs you may have because of a mental health problem, long-term illness or any other disability.

✨ Success with Dyslexia is about building confidence, recognising strengths and believing that success is possible.
Kelly Hoppen, Interior Designer and BBC Dragons’ Den Dragon, shared her Winning Formulas for Success with Dyslexia with me. She also kindly supported my mission to donate copies of the book to schools 📕
Her message was simple:
✨ Believe in yourself
✨ Focus on your strengths
✨ Work hard and keep going
This message is for dyslexic adults and dyslexic students, because confidence can be rebuilt at any age 💡🤩

Both early identification and intervention along with the effective training of all teachers, will not only help those of us with dyslexia to survive in our education systems, but will also give us the opportunity to thrive!
It’s can’t be a trade-off between one or the other, it needs to be both!

✨ Manifesting Monday ✨
One thing I discovered while writing Dyslexia and Success: The Winning Formulas was that the successful dyslexic adults I interviewed didn’t wait until they felt confident before taking action.
✨ They learned to let go of limiting beliefs.
✨ They built on their strengths.
✨ They kept moving forward one step at a time.
✨ They understood that confidence often follows action, not the other way around.
Sometimes success starts not with doing more, but with releasing what is holding you back.
✨ What’s one belief you’re ready to leave behind this month?

As a Neurodiversity Coach I often talk about the benefits of movement.
Many people with Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism find movement to be a game changer - helping with focus, stress levels and overall wellbeing.
Thanks Joe Wicks The Body Coach
for making exercise accessible to more people 😍
*An important message and my ongoing commitment to offer free fitness for everyone 🙌*
I never set out to build a business when I started posting workouts on YouTube.
I just wanted to help people exercise, move their bodies and feel better in themselves.
That’s why free workouts and my YouTube channel will always be so important to me.
YouTube gave me a way to reach people who might not ever step into a gym, who might not have the money for memberships or fitness apps, or who just needed someone to guide them from their living room.
And I’ve never forgotten how important that is.
Life is busy. It’s messy. It’s not always easy. And looking after your health shouldn’t feel like another pressure.
I believe everyone deserves access to fitness, no matter their circumstances.
So I’ll keep sharing free workouts on YouTube every week and I’ll keep creating content for anyone who needs it - whether you’re taking your first step, finding your way back, or simply carving out a little time for yourself.
I’m incredibly grateful for this community and for the trust you’ve placed in me over the years.
Being able to support people in feeling stronger, healthier and more confident is something I’ll never take for granted.
Thank you for being here, for moving with me, and for letting me be a small part of your journey 💙
There’s a brand new workout coming tomorrow morning on my YouTube channel.
