Happy Thank a Teacher Day!
Today, we want to recognise and celebrate all of our teachers for their hard work, dedication and commitment to making a difference every day. Because of you, our students feel supported, encouraged and inspired to achieve their best.
We have received some wonderful messages from students, parents and families who wanted to share their thanks with the teachers and support staff who have gone above and beyond, making a positive impact on both their educational journey and personal development.
While we haven't been able to feature every message, each one has been passed on to the teacher or member of staff it was written for. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their appreciation - your kind words mean more than you know.
To all of our teachers and support staff: thank you for everything you do, today and every day.

Today, our Year 9 students have been investigating acceleration in Physics using our air track and data loggers. ππ
The students have been developing their practical and analytical skills by collecting and interpreting real experimental data to explore how objects accelerate under different conditions.
A huge thank you to the Ogden Trust for their generous donation of this fantastic equipment, which has provided our students with the opportunity to experience hands-on science using industry-standard resources.
Well done to all of our budding physicists for their enthusiasm and excellent work today! ππ¬

As temperatures rise, we would like to remind our community about the importance of staying safe around water.
We are proud to support the RNLIβs campaign, helping young people understand what to do if they get into trouble in open water.
Remember:
π Donβt panic
π Float on your back
π Keep calm and control your breathing
π Call for help or continue floating until help arrives
Many accidental drownings happen because of cold water shock, even during warm weather. Please help us spread this important message by talking to your child and sharing this post.
