I am a coach, and I am also a human.
For Men’s Mental Health month, I want to show up for the men who struggle to speak, to show that it can be a strength to be the one with emotion who shouldn’t have to hide it.
Mirimiri amongst other things has broke me down, and given me the opportunity to rebuild.

This community has evolved into Strength & Self. Same coach, deeper focus.
A space for people rebuilding consistency with training, reconnecting with their body, and developing confidence and self-trust without the all-or-nothing mindset.
