Recognition from RIEN in 2015 for my beautiful work, the first infant and children's reflexology instructor programme of its kind and my beautiful interactive reflexology children's story book. I'm so grateful that the unique originality and power of what I created was recognised and appreciated 🙏🏼🥰❤️

Last weekend was a fabulous learning experience with Sharon Windle of Chi Medics and many other practitioners, some who have been qualified for many years and others who are at different levels of their training, it was just wonderful.
I finally got to experience the wonderfulness of a treatment, which was so incredible, really made such a massive difference to my knees and legs after so many years of pain and then having a partial knee replacement.
I also trained in Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology, which was created by one of their students for their final project many, many years ago who had breast cancer and was qualified in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, her name was Jody. This was the first creation of lymphatic drainage reflexology ever created and is brilliant and such a lovely treatment to give.
The very best part was meeting the fellow students, especially Heather Judd and Leanne Michelle and seeing Claire E H Macpherson again so many years after training together with Hanna in London.

Level 3 complete — and I am full of gratitude.
Almost twenty years ago, reflexology changed my life. Today, Chi Medics is changing it again.
Level 3 with Chi Medics has taken everything I thought I understood about the human body and opened it into something far deeper — a richer map of how energy moves, where it holds, and how to support it back into flow. This isn't just advanced training. It is a whole new understanding of the work I love.
Alongside this, I have returned to Reiki — but not as I knew it. A decade ago I trained in the Western lineage. Now, under my Sensei, I am learning the Japanese form — what she calls the true version. It is quieter, more precise, and more beautiful than anything I expected. I am learning as much about myself as I am about the medicine.
Energy has always been something I felt during a treatment. Now I am learning to work with it consciously — to read it, to move it, and to understand what it is telling me about the person in front of me.

Those of you who follow this page may know me from my work as a fertility and maternity reflexologist. I was the only one specialising in these areas way back when I worked at The Exeter Natural Health Centre in my Womb Room.

I have just completed Chi Reflexology training and tomorrow I am training in the Chi Conception Sequence. This will enable me to support couples through their fertility journey using incredibly powerful yet gentle techniques that have had extraordinary results. This work is incredibly precise and works with the energetics of the body in real time to align and balance the systems of the body.

Yay! Today I am celebrating all the hard work of the last six months or so of my Chi Reflexology training - Level one & two are now completed 🥳😍🤩🥰
