Should you train to failure?
For me. Yes you should. As long as you keep correct form and technique.
After all. You’re exercising. You SHOULD push yourself right?
But here’s something to think about. Could you stop 2 reps short? Apparently it’s just as effective for muscle growth
It’s called Reps in Reserve. A sweet spot on during your working set that should give better results

We are always told to aim for the optimal workouts, sleep and nutrition. However.
Making progress in the gym (and outside) aint easy. But we gotta keep trying, right?
