Only 30% of pupils qualify for Grammar school with a further 5% through on appeals. Tutoring allows your child to be prepared, the tutoring will provide an ideal opportunity to gain valuable experience of how 11+ and examinations as well as provide key feedback to identify gaps in knowledge and help build confidence. All learning materials and tests are included in the lessons. A typical session will include a 10-minute progress test as well as skill-based learning on Maths and non-verbal reasoning alongside verbal reasoning.

Covid has been a difficult time for all of us including our children. The lockdown has inevitably left some children with gaps in their knowledge or a lack of motivation to learn.
ASR Tutoring is running sessions in lots of different subjects to get your child ready for their next step, 11 plus, first day in secondary school, the move up to GCSEs. Whatever their path is I believe learning should be accessible for all and aim to provide a positive learning experience with this in mind, regardless of life’s difficulties.

Sessions are run at your convenience, running in term time through all summer, and can be done 1 to 1 or online. With both traveling and hosting.
