Soul Deli is giving out work experience for 4-5 weeks.

The placement is for three days a week, working with a new in-house food provider called Soul Deli. The role involves social media, organizing diaries and general admin. The right candidate will be bright, mature with good organisational skills, who loves social media and food.


Locations can be Gerrards Cross or Marlow

This is work experience so travel, food and drink will be payed for only.

The Giles Group is looking for Trainee Developer / IT Support.
The role:
You will be assisting him in the numerous and varied IT projects being undertaken by the company which will involve researching, coding and implementing processes.
Objective:
To assist the Chief Technical Officer to develop and implement systems to ensure we are utilising best in class technology within the company for all business processes and procedures. Aiding in documentation of any implemented processes and in house built technology.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with coding and in house system process management entailing the use of Visual Studio, XML, SOAP, C #, HTML, Java Script, Mobile Technologies, SQL Server, IIS plus others
• Data transfer and quality management
• Reporting tool management
• Analysis and quality control rule building
• Managing third party systems once implemented
• Managing the computer systems in the training facility
• Providing general IT support in house where required e.g. software installation, MS Office help, general office problem solving
• Any other duties required that are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Knowledge and skills
• Qualification in Computer Science or Software Development preferable.
• Good grades in Science and Maths A-Levels
• Able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience of computer coding and problem solving
• Able to demonstrate knowledge of databases and network management.
• Researching and evaluating
• Proficient MS Office user specifically Access and Excel
• Knowledge of Office and Windows
• Clear, articulate and effective communicator
• Ability to translate technical jargon for the lay person
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work on own
• Ability to meet deadlines

The Role:
To provide logistic support to candidates at the recruitment event for the Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work. Tasks will involve invigilating written test and guiding candidates to appropriate room for interviews, role play exercise, etc.

Experience:
It would help if the candidate has previous experience in supporting social work recruitment days but experience is not necessary.
