I really enjoyed returning to Brighton and Sussex Medical School to deliver my Public Speaking Session today.

Working with groups to deliver public speaking skills is something I’m doing more of lately. I’m aware that for participants, speaking in front of your peers can be one of the most vulnerable experiences, and I was grateful for everyone’s generosity today. They were brilliant!
