A few micro-epiphanies from the first full month back working
C is for CHECKING-IN
No, not checking into an external activity.
But the tuning in, reflecting, evaluating that gives space to muse over what feels right, in alignment and what could do with some tweaks to find more balance.
G is for GRATITUDE
An attitude of gratitude is always bloody useful to maintain some perspective and remember I have so much, so many to be thankful for.
Feeling grateful all the way to my bones.
O is for OUTLETS
No, not the kind you use for retail therapy.
But the creative outlets that allow me to express myself, explore, trial and error with low-stakes.

S is for SUPPORT
Especially emerging out of maternity leave + pandemic + relocating.
Organisations like .dance.network, peer support groups with and career coaching from have been nothing but incredible at helping me feel valued, confident and gain some clarity.
And obviously my partner, base and co-teacher, who always has my back - literally and figuratively.
T is for TRUST
Trust in my body. Trust in my abilities and skills. Trust in the. unknown and uncertainty

Hello community!
I look very much forward to returning to sharing my love for yoga practices through teaching again, as my maternity leave ends end of February.
I'll have many more classes coming up over the next few months, both in person and online. For now, if you're in Brighton & Hove, do have a look at these two weekly classes I'll be offering March onwards, and spread the word if you know anyone who might wan to join.

As some of you may know, I've really deepened my journalling practice during UK lockdown, in fact, I think it's one of the practices/activities/exercises I treasure the most from this lockdown experience. I pretty much always journal early in the morning, shortly after getting up. Sometimes with a cup of tea, sometimes with a coffee. Sometimes with some palo santo burning, sometimes with some incense. Sometimes in silence, sometimes with some soundscapes. Always on my mat.
I've curated a little playlist which I often use as a backdrop to my journalling time, and I'm sharing it with you all in case any of you find it nurturing too.
