Good morning wonderful people 😊 I hope that you are all well and enjoying the amazing weather this weekend. As being promised I did a big update on the website and published a new section about the self-dence training I am offering. I have now set up a monthly schedule of workshops until end of the year. They are all 4-hour workshops, starting with a Self-defence basics course and followed by a series of workshops that will cover each specific topic in greater depth and more intensity. Those of you ladies who have recently done the ladies only course have covered the basics(but you are of course welcome to repeat). So what to expect from these workshops? First, all workshops are for a mixed audience, men and women. We will cover a limited amount of techniques and topics in each workshop and end each session with a proper intense stress drill (not as soft as in the ladies course 😇). Should you miss a particular unit that is no problem at all as it will be repeated at some point. Depending on the interest I am also considering a second location, so there would be more options to choose from in furure. With the dates announced now months in advance, it should hopefully be possible to free yourself up for the workshop. The workshops are £25 each which I hope is reasonable and affordable. Registration and payment (PayPal) is done directly online. I have also answered most of your questions that were asked over time in the FAQ section on the workshop pages, including options for personal training, private group trainings, prices, etc. I have added in general a lot of information about my concept including my background in all this (new about me page). I am currently still working on an online Personal Safety Foundation course as well, that will be the ideal starting point for newbies. Until launched please read my blog as well, there is lots of useful information there.
