🎥 BBC East Midlands Today visited Beauchamp College in yesterday to speak to students about the government’s plans to ban under‑16s from using certain social media sites.

Students shared thoughtful and articulate views, representing their school brilliantly as their contributions were broadcast to a regional audience on the evening programme.

"Your students are incredibly eloquent" - high praise from the BBC who visited us today to find out what a group of our 13 and 14-year-old students thought about the government's social media ban announcement.
