Supporting children & young people with autism, SEMH & complex needs. Send us a message with your questions👋

At Aspris, we support individuals to fulfil their potential, no matter what their challenges may be. We believe that everyone we work with, from children to adults and colleagues, can excel in their own way. We have three main groups of services which support the needs of children, young people and adults across the UK and the Middle East. They are:

- Children’s services in the UK

Feeling like you belong at work can make all the difference.

At Aspris, we know that when people feel supported, respected, and able to be themselves, they are more confident, more connected, and better able to do what they do best.

That is why we focus on creating environments where colleagues feel valued, where wellbeing is taken seriously, and where there is space to build relationships and ask for support when it is needed.

It is not about big statements.
It is about the day to day experience of working somewhere you feel comfortable and supported.

And when colleagues feel that sense of belonging, it has a real impact on the children and young people we support 💜

There is something truly special about coming together for a shared purpose and our colleagues at the Darlington Finance Office did exactly that.

The team hosted a potluck fundraiser filled with homemade dishes and sweet treats. Thanks to everyone who took part, they raised an amazing £200.80 and created a brilliant sense of community along the way 👏

It is a fantastic example of how small acts of generosity can come together to make a meaningful difference.

We are so proud of the teamwork, compassion and energy shown by everyone involved.

The right support helps it grow.

At Aspris, learning and development are part of everyday life.

We invest in our colleagues so they can feel confident in their future.
From career progression opportunities to leadership development 🆙

Because when our colleagues grow, the children and young people we support can grow too.

For Kevin, visiting London was a big step. It was his first time travelling by train and Underground, navigating busy stations and finding his way through a new city.

With encouragement and support, he rose to the challenge.

He read signs, helped choose the right Underground line and managed the noise of the city using his ear defenders when needed.

It was a day full of confidence building moments that showed just how capable he is.

The excitement is already building as our young people are already in the World Cup mood 🌍⚽

At one of our children’s homes in Scotland, everyone is getting into the spirit by decorating the house and showing their support for Scotland.
The energy, creativity and teamwork have been amazing to see 💜

With more activities planned throughout the tournament, it is set to be a fun and memorable time for everyone involved

This week is all about saying thank you.

To the teachers who take the time to understand every child.
To the ones who celebrate the small steps as well as the big milestones.
And to those who never stop believing in what each young person can achieve.

At Aspris, we see the difference our teachers make every day in the lives of children and young people.
We’re so grateful for everything you do 💜

We’re looking forward to attending The Autism and ADHD Show today and tomorrow.

It’s a great opportunity for families to access advice, attend expert sessions, and explore support available for children and young people with autism and ADHD.
Whether you’re at the start of your journey or thinking about the next step, there’s something for everyone.

Our colleagues will be there across both days, and we’d love to meet you 👋

Tony’s journey into music led him somewhere unforgettable.
With encouragement from his Head Teacher, his music instructor and his family, he applied to The Voice Kids.
What followed was a whirlwind of practice sessions, recordings and the joy of being invited to London for the next stage.

He did not progress further.
But the experience changed everything. It boosted his confidence, expanded his horizons and showed him what he was capable of when others believed in him.

Here is how Tony remembers it:

Ava's journey began with uncertainty, but she has shown incredible determination.
After joining Post 16, she completed her BTEC to build confidence, then progressed to Level 2 Hospitality.

Alongside this, she passed her Level 1 Functional Skills and is aiming for her Level 2 qualifications next.
Her ambition has always been to work in a practical role.

This year, she applied for an Apprenticeship and was successful.
She even achieved one of her personal dreams, passing both her theory and practical driving tests and buying her first car.
