Starting on Wednesday 22nd April we have a teen MMA class with coach George.

The class is aimed at 13 - 16 year olds and is a great introduction to martial arts.

Classes will combine techniques from striking disciplines like boxing and kickboxing, as well as grappling (wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu), and overall fitness training.

The focus is not just on learning MMA, it is also about building confidence, discipline, respect, and teamwork.

🥊 60 mins circuits session, every Saturday morning at 9.30am with Simon, our 1st Legion Boxing coach.

This class is open to both members and none members on PAYG (£5 per session) and is a great way to start the weekend!
