Looking back, I’m grateful for every lesson, every setback, every win & every moment that led me here 🤍
I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and everything I’ve overcome.
The life I’m living today was once something I only dreamed about & that alone is worth celebrating.
Not because it’s perfect, but because I never gave up on building it 💫
Here’s to growth, lessons, memories & becoming more of who I’m meant to be with every passing year.

8 weeks in ✨
80kg ➝ 76kg
And I’m still just getting started.
This journey isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s not about cutting out foods I love or spending hours punishing myself in the gym.
It’s about showing up for myself, every single day 🫱🏼🫲🏽
What’s helped me so far:
• SMALL, sustainable changes to my nutrition
• Prioritising protein with every meal
• A balance of strength training & cardio
• 8–10k steps a day
• Staying consistent, even when motivation isn’t there
No extremes.
No restriction.
No quick fixes.
The fundamentals aren’t flashy, but they work ✨
Consistency will always beat perfection.
The scales might say 4kg down 📉
But the biggest transformation has been the mindset shift.
The confidence that comes from keeping promises to yourself.
The discipline built through the little things nobody sees.
The reminder that sustainable progress will always beat temporary results.
