💚 Summer Classes FAQs 💚

💜 Thank you to everyone who has shown interest in our summer holiday classes and for those who have asked questions. I have collated them all incase you are wondering the same thing:

💚 Are these mixed age classes?
There will be one class for each venue for babies from birth to 14/15 months. The only exception is West Derby in which there will be a separate Caterpillar Club (birth to 6 months) and Busy Bees (6 months to 14/15 months).

If classes sell out we have the option to add extra classes to the timetable.

💜 What time will the classes be?
Classes will start at 10am across all venues apart from West Derby when Caterpillar Club will be 10am and Busy Bees will be 11am.

💚 Can older siblings come?
We recognise that it is the summer holidays so older siblings may need to attend. They must be able to either sit next to you sensibly at the mats or sit on the chairs at the side. They are not to go in the middle area of our mats as this is a safe space for our babies to explore.

💜 Can extra adults come?
Extra adults are always welcome to come along to class. They can sit on a chair by you or sometimes there may be space on the mats in which they can sit next to you.

💚 My baby is now walking, can they still come?
If your baby is at least 12 months old and are now walking then they may want to attend our Toddler classes instead Toddler Classes Liverpool | Bloom however they are still welcome to attend until they are 14/15 months. If your baby is now 15 months or older then you will definitely want to book our Toddler classes.

💜 All of our summer sessions run as one-off classes, giving you the freedom to pick and choose exactly which classes you’d like to attend throughout the holidays. Whether you want to join us for one session or fill your summer with fun, the choice is yours!

💚 You’ve got ONE WEEK to decide which classes you’d like to book, as bookings will open NEXT SUNDAY!

💜 Spaces are limited for every class and we expect sessions to fill up fast! (If there is the demand there we may be able to add additional classes.)

💚 Now’s the perfect time to check out the timetable, make your plans, and get ready to secure your places when booking opens.

💚 The Bloom Picnic does not need to be booked. More information will be revealed closer to the date.

💜 One of the highlights of the day was a trip to IKEA to pick up a new storage unit because apparently this is what excitement looks like in your mid-thirties!

💚 Tonight’s plans involve assembling it, sorting everything out and finally getting the house looking a little more organised.

💜 Here’s to 35 - appreciating the little things, celebrating the everyday wins and finding genuine joy in a new storage solution.

💚 Whether you’re joining us for the very first time or returning for your second, third, fourth (or even more!) term, we’re so excited to have you with us.

💜 Thank you for choosing to spend part of your baby’s precious first year with us. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of your journey and can’t wait to create more special memories together this summer.

💚 You will receive an official welcome email from us a couple of days before your first class. This contains lots of important information so please read it carefully.

💜 First Aid Training 💜

💚 Come and join us on Friday 24th July (10am - 12pm) at Southdene Community Centre in Kirkby for First Aid training led by the wonderful

💜 The session will cover the following:

🔹️ Assessing an unconscious casualty
🔹️ CPR & Defibrillators
🔹️ Recovery positions
🔹️ Choking
🔹️ Meningitis
🔹️ Anaphylaxis
🔹️ Burns
🔹️ Head injuries
🔹️ Febrile Convulsion
🔹️ Fractures
🔹️ Poisoning
🔹️ Bleeding

💚 We complete this training every year and honestly learn something new every time! So much information given in 2 hours.
