Yesterday we launched our Computer Science Raising Attainment Project in partnership with Peter and Paul Catholic High School , and
In Session 1, Student Advocate Olivier worked with students on key metacognitive skills, including Algorithmic Thinking and Decomposition, helping them develop their problem-solving approach in Computer Science.
We're looking forward to Session 2 at Riverside College tomorrow! 💻🚀

For the second day running, students from Edmund Arrowsmith Catholic Academy - Whiston have taken part in our Outreach provision. Yesterday's session focused on Study Skills, delivered by Jess, helping students develop techniques to support their learning and future progression.

Following a short break in service, due to half term, our Higher Education Progression Advisors are back out and about with schools this week. Ellie has joined Kings Leadership Academy Hawthornes at the Liverpool Central Library and a trip to Waterstones. This continues the great range of work we do across the Liverpool City Region. Reading Project week 7 continues next week back at school!

Yesterday we had some time away from the 'everyday' and enjoyed a morning of reflection, looking at our future plans and developing our offer to ensure our learners are getting the best possible from us! . We took time to continue our excellent bond as team with an afternoon walk, in the rain and sunshine (in equal measure!)

Yesterday afternoon, Jess made her third and final visit to to share an Introduction to HE with year 8
