Social Mobility isn’t something we talk about once a year, it’s at the heart of why Agent Academy exists.
Every day, we work with brilliant young people who have the skills, ideas and ambition to succeed, but who haven’t always had the same access to opportunities, networks or industry connections as others.
Over the last 12 years, we’ve learned that when you give a person with talent, ambition and commitment a chance, they don’t disappoint. We’re so proud to say that over the years, our model for enabling social mobility has been proven, over and over again. So many of our Alumni are now leaders in their industries as a direct result of the break we created as well as their own talent, hard work, and resilience!
We all know that talent is everywhere but opportunity, unfortunately, isn’t. Together with our partners, we are changing that narrative by creating new opportunities for those who have been disadvantaged.
Today, we celebrate the achievements and potential of the young people we’ve had the privilege to work with and we encourage more employers to open their doors and invest in future talent - get in touch with us if you want to know how!

We hosted our Agent Academy Alumni Speed Mentoring Evening and what an evening it was. 😊
A room full of emerging talent, sitting across from people who were once exactly where they are now. Alumni who’ve gone on to build incredible careers at Liverpool FC, Everton FC, University of Liverpool, Manchester Metropolitan University, Open Media, Deluca’s and beyond with them all giving their time, their stories, and their honest advice.💚
That’s what Agent Academy is all about. We believe talent is everywhere ,it just doesn’t always get the same opportunities. Events like this exist to change that, with every person in that room has a story worth telling. And last night, those stories were shared, heard, and celebrated.
To our alumni , we thank you for coming back and giving so generously of your time. To our emerging talent ,we can’t wait to see where your stories take you next.
