Back at it ! RYA Powerboat Level 2

Not every Powerboat Level 2 course is about getting a qualification – it's about building confidence, learning new skills, and having a great time on the water

We kicked off the week with another PB2 course, making the most of the conditions. This time a one to one.

A late start and a very late finish for our RYA Advanced Powerboat course this week

Advanced courses are all about pushing skills to the next level, and that means getting out on the water after dark to practise navigation, passage planning, and boat handling in reducedo visibility.

There’s something special about being out on the water at night, with Liverpool’s waterfront lit up around you. It made for a fantastic course and a great experience.

Well done to our student for all their hard work and commitment throughout a long but rewarding few days.

Starting the week the right way with a 1-to-1 RYA Powerboat Level 2 Direct Assessment

It was a fantastic day on the water, with our candidate demonstrating their skills and knowledge throughout the day. The conditions were good, and it made for an enjoyable and productive day all round.

Another busy weekend at Harbourside Sea School with more RYA Powerboat Level 2 courses completed

It's been great to welcome another group of students to the centre and get them out on the water developing their skills and confidence.

We hope everyone enjoyed their time with us and look forward to seeing you back on the water soon!

While we had our RYA Powerboat Level 2 course running on Thursday and Friday, we also had an RYA Intermediate Powerboat course taking place at the same time.

It was great to see students across both courses out on the water, developing their skills, building confidence, and enjoying everything Liverpool's waterfront has to offer.

With courses running side by side, it made for a fantastic atmosphere around the centre and another successful few days on the water.
