Classes can take place morning or afternoon, normally 10.30-1.30pm or 1.30-4.30pm (although there is some flexibility with start times)

*Cupcake Baking and Piping Class for Beginners*

3 hour session.

Absolute beginners welcome.

Join me at The Secret Warehouse in Bootle, Liverpool for a delightful baking and decoration class designed for beginners.

During this three hour session, you'll learn how to bake fluffy vanilla cupcakes and make smooth vanilla buttercream, learn how to flavour and add colour.

Explore various piping techniques using different nozzle selections and receive expert guidance on how to hold the piping bag correctly to create beautiful swirls.

You will be provided with all the essential equipment needed to complete the class.

At the end of the session, you can proudly take your TWELVE beautifully decorated cupcakes home in a box.

£199 per person.

Tonight was Session 2 of the Summer Buttercream Flowers Course and look 👀 at all of the BEAUTIFUL flowers everyone produced 🤩

We piped David Austin Roses, Blossoms & Hydrangeas 💐

We focused on lots of techniques to improve petal piping including how to:

- create buttercream platforms to support petals,
- prep two tone colours to give flowers depth,
- twist the piping tip to change the highlighted colour.

I'll be running the same class this Saturday for my weekend students and I can't wait to see the results ❤️
