When you do the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® technical skills build - don’t set the challenge as ‘build a model of a tower’. Set the challenge as “see if you can connect the bricks in a way that is new to you... now build a model of a tower”. Not only will you help participants explore technical skills of brick connection is better but this will be a higher level of challenge for all participants no matter what their experience or skill level. Plus the group will learn more about how the brakes technically connect. Such as in the example above.

Our new book MASTERING THE LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD - 44 Facilitation Techniques....
There is a good time to launch a new book about how to have good face-to-face meetings... (like most of the last 2500 years) and a bad time...
Well, this is about as bad time as there is, but our new book is complete, so if over the next few weeks you find yourself bored and pining for the happy times of face-to-face meetings, you can instead think of... what was intended to be practical how-to-book, as a historical novel about how things used to be in the good old days :)

The highlight of our LEGO Serious Play facilitation training is when our trainees run their first workshop on day two of the training. Here we see seven trainees facilitating an introduction to LEGO Serious Play meetup with 18 guests. like this really helps land the skills being taught and massively helps build confidence to apply the message after training
