(that work)
We know that studying can be tough, and at AIM North London, we want our students to enjoy their learning. So, here are some life hacks that work and can help with study at home and at school.

1. Get fresh air. Ensure your room is well ventilated and not too hot (or sleep will chase you down).
2. Take regular breaks and enjoy the outdoors. Even if you have a tough deadline, taking breaks can help with your focus and improve your productivity.
3. Enjoy your rest. Getting enough sleep is crucial to focus, retention, and cognition. Make sure you're heading to bed at a reasonable hour and avoid screens, which will disrupt your sleep cycle.
4. Own your mistakes. Never fear being wrong; it is the most effective way we learn. Try, try, and try again. Study is an opportunity to explore and expand. If you know it all, you're not growing.
5. Keep your goal in mind. Name your dream and chase it.

We know that this will be helpful for some of our students and families. OCD is not just a compulsion to wash your hands.

Today is National Poetry Day!
Poets are magicians whose words can soothe wounds, challenge prejudices, articulate groans, relate to despair, and offer hope.

To the Bard and Wilfred Owen, to Jacob Sam-La Rose, Amanda Gorman, and their peers; we owe much.

Who is your favourite poet or poem?
