Term starts next week! Tai Chi for Health goes outdoors on Stoke Newington Common on Tuesday lunchtimes, there's a £5 trial class offer for Kung Fu in Clapton on Thursday evenings, and Traditional Wudang Pai Tai Chi is on Tuesday evenings. There are also a few places left on the Summer Tai Chi Retreat in Wiltshire.
