The Importance of Interstitial Face Drainage.
Why have specialists become more and more interested in lymphatic drainage of the face and body? First of all, due to the rapid development of plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine and intensive hardware cosmetology. All these methods often require long periods of rehabilitation with the complete or partial exclusion of intensive massage. The only possible method for correcting post-traumatic disorders at an early stage of tissue repair is lymphatic drainage. This technique has a minimum number of contraindications and it is comfortable for all clients, even those with a low pain threshold and sensitivity.

What can be offered to the client? Classic French lymphatic drainage, which gives a result when the vascular highways and lymph nodes are in a safe state, without violating their integrity and patency.

But what to do when, as a result of external medical intervention, vascular and nervous communication is disrupted and the structure of the skin's connective tissue matrix changes? In this case, classical lymphatic drainage often does not give the expected result, because it works very superficially.

Therefore, in recent years, there has been an urgent need for a massage technique that would be able to work effectively on tissues with impaired vascular and nerve connections. The consequences of skin exposure to a surgeon's scalpel, laser or microwaves are very often expressed by massive fibrosis, which significantly affects the general state of metabolism and detoxification processes. To work with such tissues, more multifaceted massage technique is needed, which is taking into account all the nuances of structural damage.

Interstitial (intercellular) drainage was specifically developed to repair damaged tissues like: skin, subcutaneous tissue and muscles, that have been a subject to aggressive physical influences and are in a state of metabolic stress. The phenomenon of venous or lymphatic insufficiency, which develop with traumatic injuries of the soft tissues of the face and body, aggravate the state of hypoxia and intoxication and provoke further growth of coarse fibrous tissue and disrupt the patency of small vessels.

Transbuccals massage. Like any medical procedure, the massage is based on 3 fundamental principles: safety, bioavailability (physiology) and efficiency. Indications for the procedure of Transbuccals massage: - gravitational ptosis of the face; - lipodystrophic changes in the subcutaneous fat of the face; - recovery after injuries and operations; - spasms and hypertonicity of mimic and masticatory muscles of the face; - correction of chronic stagnant processes (edema) and post-traumatic hematomas; - restoration of facial expressions and elasticity of the muscular corset of the face after the procedures for correcting malocclusion.
