The British Youth Corps of Drums is an umbrella organisation for the networking, development and sustenance of youth Corps’ of Drums within the United Kingdom.
Our intentions are to support the vital development that is necessary to ensure that the traditions of Corps of Drums and Flute music are not lost and forgotten.

Fantastic effort by Reeds school COD yesterday at the BMT. I was very impressed with the professionalism that these young men demonstrated. Well done.

A very well done to all the participants of the Fort Nelson Tattoo with BYCD. Whitgift School Corps of Drums, 145 Para ACF Corps of Drums and OW Drums, you put on a fantastic show!!! Feel free to post any photos you have.

Diamond Jubilee Parade in the Park

Highland Cathedral performed on the Parade Ground at the Jubilee Family Festival, Hyde Park by the Pipes and Drums of the Southern Highlanders, the British Imperial Military Band and the Massed Band of the Boys and Girls Brigade London (representing BYCD).
A huge well done to the Boys and Girls of the London District Massed Band of the Boys and Girls Brigade. You performed fantastically today on the parade ground at the Jubilee Families Festival in Hyde Park. Keep up the top level performances and we know you will do the same tomorrow!!
