Our BNT walks have a triple benefit for your mind, body, and mood. Our community walks help to strengthen your cardiovascular system, boost your muscular endurance, and help manage stress.

We are a not for profit and all event proceeds goes back into the community to help with more events and training opportunites for domestic workers and educators, so your support is greatly appreciated.

That's where BNT Wellbeing Walks comes ib. Designed to help you unplug, clear your head, and find your stride alongside a supportive community that values mental health as much as you do. No phones, no ego, no work stress, just pure vibes, nature and good company.
