Black Beans( best called Caraotas negras), in three different way to eat.
1-Plain, with just rice.
2-Rice and Plantain.
3-Rice, plantain and white cheese. 🤪

Happy Sunday to all! This is me, the person who enjoy to share her recipes and cooking techniques, teaching you how to cooked and more. Mum of two, who love bakery and on my learning process to growing my business. I do love to enjoy a really good dessert or cake as first option and delicious food, and yes, it is not easy to balance my business into my body, but I think that you always will find whatever you want if it is your real porpose.

My filling for the sushi 🍣/ yep it is plantain, well in my country Venezuela 🇻🇪 they use plantain on sushi and they call it “Topical Roll” ! It is amazing and delicious 😋 It is plantain, avocado 🥑 , red pepper, crab 🦀 and cucumber 🥒

Happy Sushi 🍣 Day! Try and make your own sushi, it is really easy. But one Tip, you really need a sharp knife 🔪, it is really important so your rolls will be beautifully cut. As you could see, mine doesn’t look like that, because my knife wasn’t that sharp, it was good 👍 hahahaha.

Mushrooms on white sauce, very easy.
Ingredients:
250ml Double cream
Mushrooms (cut it in slices)
Olive oil
Garlic paste
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Add the olive oil and garlic paste into a pan and start cooking in a low medium heat.
Place the mushrooms into that oil-garlic sauce and cook the mushrooms until they are very combined.
Add the double cream, salt and black pepper and let it cook and thicker the sauce of your wish.
When the sauce gets the consistency that you would like, add the spaghettis pre-cooked.

Delicious salad and easy to make. Ingredients:
1can Red Kidney Beans - 2 Avocado 🥑 - 1/2 cucumber 🥒 - 1/3 onion - 2 tomatoes 🍅 - 1/2pack Feta cheese - pinch of salt 🧂- olive oil. I added 2 avocados 🥑 because all the nutrients it has and I do really love it, but you could do just 1 avocado. Enjoy it !

Black Beans, one of the principal food in my country, there are many ways to eat this, with rice, pasta, white cheese, plantain, arepa, suero, cold or hot, fry. Oh god! I won’t finish the list.

What do you prefer fat or healthy food? I do love to have a balance, as I am baker too, I do have a lot of sugar around my kitchen and also I do love to cook healthy or maybe sometime have a bacon 🥓 for breakfast! 🙃. Who care, life is just one! Enjoy! It is plantain, beef burger, mixed green salad with tomatoes, onion, salt, olive oil. Just simple but delicious for any quick lunch or dinner. Cheers x

First step to make Aubergine Melanzane!
MINCED BEEF!!!

Ingredients:
750g Minced Beef (5% FAT)
200ml Water
3 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 cans Peeled tomatoes
3 Tbsp Olive Oil (or vegetable, sunflower, any)
1 Tsp Garlic paste
2 Tbsp Basil (Separated)
2 Small carrots
1/2 Celery
1 Large pointed pepper
2 Small sweet pepper
1/2 Onion
1 Red pepper
10 Mushrooms
5 Tsp Sugar
4 Bay leaves

Preparation:
Place the pan on the hob in medium low heat, add the oil and the garlic then change to high heat and after you feel the pan is really hot start adding the meat as I show on the video.

We need to fry the meat at a high temperature so It will not water too much; place the meat at the sides of the pan, making a circle in the middle to let the water boil without cooking the meat itself. For this reason it has to be on high heat before placing the meat into the pan.

I add the minced beef slowly so that the water gets to boil before adding more beef.

Note 1: See how I manage the heat according to each step. To save time, You could have all the ingredients cut before start frying the minced beef.

Note 2: I add pinch of salt throughout the process, but I will never say quantities as everyone has their own taste.

Note 3: When Adding the rest of the ingredients the heat was in low, stirr time to time as I did, if you see any water put the heat back on to high because every time you add vegetables, they will release more water

Note 4: Always add sugar to recipes with tomatoes sauce on it, as the sugar helps to reduce the acid and your food lasts longer on your fridge or freezer.

I hope you like it and find it easy and helpful. You could use this sauce with pasta too. X
