Black Beans( best called Caraotas negras), in three different way to eat.
1-Plain, with just rice.
2-Rice and Plantain.
3-Rice, plantain and white cheese. 🤪

Note: we add sugar too. Crazy yes but it is really good.

My filling for the sushi 🍣/ yep it is plantain, well in my country Venezuela 🇻🇪 they use plantain on sushi and they call it “Topical Roll” ! It is amazing and delicious 😋 It is plantain, avocado 🥑 , red pepper, crab 🦀 and cucumber 🥒

Happy Sushi 🍣 Day! Try and make your own sushi, it is really easy. But one Tip, you really need a sharp knife 🔪, it is really important so your rolls will be beautifully cut. As you could see, mine doesn’t look like that, because my knife wasn’t that sharp, it was good 👍 hahahaha.

Mushrooms on white sauce, very easy.
Ingredients:
250ml Double cream
Mushrooms (cut it in slices)
Olive oil
Garlic paste
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Add the olive oil and garlic paste into a pan and start cooking in a low medium heat.
Place the mushrooms into that oil-garlic sauce and cook the mushrooms until they are very combined.
Add the double cream, salt and black pepper and let it cook and thicker the sauce of your wish.
When the sauce gets the consistency that you would like, add the spaghettis pre-cooked.

Delicious salad and easy to make. Ingredients:
1can Red Kidney Beans - 2 Avocado 🥑 - 1/2 cucumber 🥒 - 1/3 onion - 2 tomatoes 🍅 - 1/2pack Feta cheese - pinch of salt 🧂- olive oil. I added 2 avocados 🥑 because all the nutrients it has and I do really love it, but you could do just 1 avocado. Enjoy it !

Black Beans, one of the principal food in my country, there are many ways to eat this, with rice, pasta, white cheese, plantain, arepa, suero, cold or hot, fry. Oh god! I won’t finish the list.

What do you prefer fat or healthy food? I do love to have a balance, as I am baker too, I do have a lot of sugar around my kitchen and also I do love to cook healthy or maybe sometime have a bacon 🥓 for breakfast! 🙃. Who care, life is just one! Enjoy! It is plantain, beef burger, mixed green salad with tomatoes, onion, salt, olive oil. Just simple but delicious for any quick lunch or dinner. Cheers x
