Today I ran a couple of fantastic French taster sessions at Little Haven Childcare in Upper Holloway. With the weather being so warm, we made the most of their beautiful garden and enjoyed learning outdoors!
The children engaged brilliantly with the songs and action chants, and they especially loved the upbeat song โBonjour, comment รงa va ?โ ๐ถ๐ซ๐ท
Iโll be back at Little Haven Nursery tomorrow for Spanish taster sessions, and I canโt wait! ๐ช๐ธ

Today is Fรชte de la Musique, Franceโs annual free street music festival. It was first held in 1982 to give musicians of all ages and abilities a platform to express themselves and share their music with the public. Today, it is celebrated in many countries beyond France.
Learning French isnโt just about learning the language; itโs also about discovering the culture that surrounds it, including its musical traditions. In my French clubs for children, we sing traditional French songs and learn about French customs and celebrations.

In one of my Spanish clubs this week, the children had great fun putting the sequence of the story Mi casa (My House) into the correct order. They completed the task with ease, showing that they had understood the story very well. ยกFelicidades, niรฑos! ๐ช๐ธ๐
