As the mercury heads north for another day (and night) we cannot help but let our minds drift back to our Adoreum Club Dinner aboard the MY Sherakhan anchored off Monaco.
The gentle breeze as the Bentley drove us to the Yacht Club to meet our tender out to the motor yacht and an evening of conversation and connection over great food and wine and a spectacular sunset - every moment something to think back on.
Thank you again to our incredible partners Bentley Monaco bringing their signature style to the night, curated every pour from the first glass to the very last, VERTEX WATCH COMPANY who showcased their extraordinary collection and of course to the Captain & crew of MY Sherakhan Motor Yacht Sherakhan for making the evening everything it was.

Rosalie, Napper, Nick, Nina, Jon, Taylor and Jamie,  not the line-up of a new music act but a powerhouse cast for our recent discussion on the future of music at Club KOKO, and more than enough to ensure we all made an effort to beat the tube strike.
This was a panel that perfectly represented the talent, the dichotomy and tension within the music industry. Nina perfectly choreographed a discussion which resonated because it left no stone unturned - from the important role played by patronage to the way the digital universe can transform talent into a phenom.
Two things stood out. The importance of in-person, live experiences - still the ultimate cultural cut through and the need to build an integrated brand around the talent, making output multi-sensory.
The conversation pivoted between âtechnology goodâ / âtechnology badâ - with, in many respects, a genuine meeting in the middle.  Channeling money back to the grass routes of creativity is vital and connecting talent up with the digital tools which can push them further just as important.
It was a discussion that could have carried on all day. Passionate, informed and grounded - it delivered hope for a cultural necessity which, as one of panelists said âwe date to, break up to, get married to, get buried toâ
And of course, made all the better to hold it in the heart of Club KOKO.

Adoreum Club lunches in Manchester never fail to âpopâ and our most recent one at the Ivy Asia was no exception.
Brilliant service, great food and the usual visual feast on and off the plate.
Conversation flowed over drinks, through lunch and upstairs onto the terrace afterwards, interrupted only by the need to inspect (inside and out) the Bentley Continental GT downstairs.
Thanks to our Manchester membership for making the afternoon so special, our travelling members, and our friends and partners at The Ivy and Bentley.

Last month we held an Adoreum Club Breakfast - one of our favourite venues where our members immersed themselves in a fireside chat hosted by La Mer.
The conversation spanned longevity, health and vitality with the wisdom of lan Marber - one of the UKâs most respected nutritionists and Katherine Maw - La Merâs Education Manager.
This session made the point that beauty goes more than skin deep - what we apply, what we eat and drink and what we do. All crucial to outer and inner health and beauty.
There is something very special about events at Frameless, away from the hustle and bustle of London the space always lends itself to focus and we also had an opportunity to try La Merâs products.
Adoreum Members (even if you missed the breakfast) have a standing invitation for a complimentary La Mer consultation - just drop an email to Adoreum membership or look for the member benefit in the Adoreum App.

You could say we are âchasing the Sunâ but this coming Wednesday Adoreum will be hosting a dinner off the coast of Monaco onboard the with its 7m-high atrium and a 26-seat dining table - it is a vessel that has âbeen there, done thatâ. If only those portholes could talk !
Not only are we assured exceptional service on the Motor Yacht Sherakhan but, thanks to our friends and sponsors who specialise in supplying fine wines & sprits to the yachting industry, we will be enjoying some incredible hospitality and wine knowledge.
We will be joined by ensuring our dry land experience is just as comfortable as on the sea and, to keep track of time will provide some elegant, waterproof and historically significant timekeeping.
Of course running through the evening we be the conviviality, connection and fellowship that comes with every Adoreum event.
Our photographer .paton will be on hand to capture the evening, so expect some follow up posts.

Our very good friends at The Sloane Club are participating in âChelsea in Bloom 2006â a great community initiative during Chelsea Flower Show week.
Over 130 local business have created their own floral displays for the public to admire and enjoy. We may be biased but we reckon that has smashed the assignment theme - âOut Of This Worldââ
They have shared with us photographs of their installation, VENUS IN BLOOM. A celestial garden suspended above Lower Sloane Street, where flowers become planets and the entrance to the club becomes a portal to another world. Conceived by the installation takes its cue from the goddess of beauty herself.
Floral spheres, ranging from intimate to monumental, drift across the Clubâs façade in an orbit of their own making, held aloft by a web of birch pole and monkey vine as though caught mid-flight through the cosmos. Each sphere blooms in the palette of our own Venus restaurant: cream statice and bleached ruscus giving way to peachy achillea, coral strawflowers deepening into the warm amber of craspedia â a slow burn of colour, both tonal and considered.

Our âSum of Sixâ lunches are languid affairs, a smaller group designed to build new and lasting connections. Our most recent was held at LâEscargot where and his team work their magic to make Londonâs oldest French restaurant as essential as ever.
This was one of those afternoons that nobody wanted to end. Little wonder it was a favourite of both Princess Diana and Winston Churchill - if only those walls could talk. Although we would like to think we left some memorable conversations. Itâs an environment that lends itself to relaxed conviviality.
If you werenât there and want to experience it for yourself, drop us a direct message, Adoreum members get a âlittle something specialâ when they visit.
