I love it when I visit my clients and they have written down all the questions and worries that have been on their mind. Doulas inform, educate and support you in such a special time in your life 🌿 Lighten the load 🐚 There is no such thing as a silly question! (We don’t bite hehe) 🦁

This week I’ve been thinking about gals... and how working with women has changed my little world. Every week I am constantly overcome with joy at the strength and power emitting from the women in my life... the mothers I work with, the volunteers, the medical teams, my friends and family. Waking up to a constant source of inspiration is a true blessing. Get to know, support and inspire the women in your life, and you’ll find yourself growing as a person in beautiful ways.

Antenatal education outside ☀️ Female Anatomy 🤸🏼‍♀️

My passion for improving women’s birth and postnatal experience is at the core centre of my philosophy. Every woman is different, every Birth is different, every baby and every family is different... but what should be constant and factual is the support and respect she should receive throughout the birth and postnatal period. I feel that this starts with the highest quality antenatal education and ends with an empowered woman and her baby.

Turned up this morning at my local mamma and baby hub (aka the best banana bread within half a mile of the house) and talked all things bo***es and postnatal 😎💕❤️ getting to know my new local community is so rewarding, and to be able share the knowledge and support other gals is really what it’s all about!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the different kinds of mamas out there 🌻 Here’s to the woman that raised me, guides me through life, inspires and gives to so many others every day ❤️

It’s International Women’s Day 🔥Shout out to all the incredible women in my life that change this world for the better. I am so fortunate to have inspirational women all around me, in my family, my friendships group and in my professional life. Here is a picture of my mother and I, it blows me away when I think of everything she has done for me and how much of an amazing mother she is 💕
