Until I had this... nothing has changed.
was searching for solutions... overwhelmed... stuck... 😔
Guess what? I've hit a milestone.
But hold the applause, we're not at the finish line just yet.
Yes! I could be happy or more positive. But to be brutally honest with myself. THIS ISNT THE END. It's merely the opening act. The bar has been raised. And the real challenge? It's just begun.
Now I'm at a crossroads. Go back to the old ways, Do nothing or JUST KEEP PUSHING FORWARD.
My gameplan. Push harder, reach further and SLAP MY FACE with my mantra deep within myself that "Unless I do something about it. Nothing and Nothing will change."
Now it's your turn.
Hi guys! I'm so sorry that I haven't been posting lately.
Back in September, I noticed something odd. I was waking up to p*e more than usual during my average six-hour sleep. So, I thought it was time to see a doctor.
My doctor suggested I get my prostate checked because she noticed something unusual during the test. Over the past few months, I've visited a urology specialist and went through various tests like a counter-flow urine test, CT scan and more. However, I cannot have an MRI test as I have recovered from ruptured aneurysm last 2009.
Anyways, last three weeks ago, I had a biopsy to check if my prostate was cancerous and been patiently waiting for the result. So I waited, waited and waited.
Whilst waiting, I realized that I have two choices . I can choose to live depress and maybe ask for symphaty of others whilst waiting for the result, if i wanted to. OR I could choose to have a positive mindset and be grateful for what I have. So I have decided to choose the latter.
I prayed, submit and TRUST GOD EVERYTHING I felt and thought of (especially the bad ones), then I switched to a happy mindset. By listening to happy songs, watching comedies and just keep on saying the words "CANCEL, CANCEL, DELETE" whenever these bad thoughts comes into my mind. I managed to divert all those negative thoughts and keep away from it.
Then on 22nd December at 4:32 pm, After randomly checking my saved missed calls. I did received a call. The test result was NEGATIVE! I was so shocked that it felt like someone had poured a bucket of cold water on me. I burst into tears of gratefulness and happiness. The feeling was absolutely PRICELESS. It's like winning the lottery. And the first thought that sparked into my mind was Jesus gave me hug. I felt his outmost love and compassion. I am at peace. It was the best moment in my life.
This made my Christmas and the coming New Year's truly special. I wrote this as I wanted to share this with you because even when life gets tough, it's all part of God's plan. If it doesn't make sense, especially if you can't understand it, PLEASE DONT EVEN TRY!
Just remember to stay happy, be grateful for what you have, take care of your health, and share love with others.

How I’ve gotten better at saying “NO”👎
I admit…I’m a people pleaser.
Or at least I used to be until I learned how to:
Stop doing things I didn’t want to do…
Seek my own approval instead of others…
Voice my opinions and desires…
Accept that I will make mistakes, and that it’s okay…
Stand by my choices and decisions…
As a child, saying no to my parents, grandparents, or anyone older than me was considered rude.
But now I’m an adult. And saying no doesn’t mean that I am unkind, or selfish, or rude.
It means that I respect myself and my choices. It means that I am setting boundaries in my life and in relationships. And it means that I’m being honest with myself and those that I love.
Never apologize for being you. You are beautiful and the world needs to hear your voice. You're better than ever mate.

Easy everyday affirmation tips you can foster right now 👏
We all want to achieve something right? Well, here’s the secret - all it takes is a complete switch of your thoughts!
For me, these affirmation practice were the crucial stepping stones I needed to make lasting and effective statements.
💡Tip #1 You should begin your statement with "I AM". It would be fine to use just one. However, you need to say and affirm it at least three times.
💡Tip #2 Be aware that you must do and say your affirmations.
💡Tip #3 Whenever possible, close your eyes and feel the words in your body.
To quote Aristotle, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
