Chocolate Films is an award winning video production company and social enterprise specialising in documentaries. We produce high quality films for cinema, television, commercial and community clients. Founded as a not-for-profit enterprise, we combine our commercial work with courses and projects which enable children, young people and community groups to make films.

‘Choose Hope’ was one of the four films made at this year’s LDN Filmmakers workshop.

Tony is having the best time of his life things are going really well ... until the first UK lockdown stops him in his tracks. He tries to fill his time constructively, but like many of us .. starts to struggle. Choose Hope explores Tony's journey back to the life he missed so much.

‘Maybe Tomorrow’ was one of the four films made at this year’s LDN Filmmakers workshop.

The pandemic has made Camille's anxiety all the worse. As the days go by, she becomes increasingly frustrated as she can't accomplish the first of three simple tasks given to her by her therapist. 'Maybe Tomorrow' portrays a young person's internal struggle in readjusting to normality.

When Dan's school is sent home for lockdown, he's set on using this new found time to the fullest! Working out, learning new skills and chilling out with his best mate Ricx... However, he soon begins to question what this Pandemic actually is, using increasingly untrustworthy news sources to inform his view...

Chocolate Films partnered with the ’s VRU and to host a 6-day intensive filmmaking workshop for young Londoners aged 15-25.

To celebrate their hard work, Chocolate Films will be posting the alumni’s films throughout the week for all to see.
