The world as you see it; is entirely experienced in your mind.

Each thought you have results in a cascade of neurochemical changes; impacting how you perceive the world.

The way you view the world; is how it will appear.

Our brain does not always distinguish between what is real and what is imagined - so manifesting our desires via intentional positive thinking can result in the production of feel good neurotransmitters.

You have the power to restructure your thoughts that will form your reality; creating a solid framework for happiness and success.

Boldly create the world you desire to experience; constructing thoughts that consciously create and transform your reality.

It’s always been up to you.

Light hits your retina.
Photoreceptors turn the light into electrical signals which travel through the optic nerve to be processed by the occipital lobe.

Your brain turns the signals into the exquisite image that is your loved one.

Chemistry. Energy. Connection.

There is communication below the level of consciousness; as pheromones emitted from your body help to solidify the irresistible attraction.

When your loved one touches you; pressure receptors within your skin are stimulated and signals are fired to your vagus nerve.

The embrace feels so good because the vagus nerve is involved in processes that promote calmness and relaxation, such as lowering blood pressure.

Through passionate kissing you share the building blocks of who you are.
You swap genetic information; unconsciously learning about each other whilst your lips lock.

Oxytocin. Serotonin. Dopamine. Endorphins. Vasopressin.

A chemical reaction; subconsciously manifesting our frequencies into a physical experience.

Emotionally and spiritually we resonate; our vibrations eloquently harmonise with one another.

In the space of uncertainty; there is opportunity.
Opportunity for learning, growth and positive change.
Realignment. Wisdom.
A new understanding of ourselves.

Often in the process of repairing; you actually create something more beautiful and resilient.
When you realise that your circumstances are transitional and valuable lessons; you can learn to pay attention to your vulnerabilities and embrace them with curiosity.
What is this telling me?
What can I learn from it?

Your thoughts and perception are vital to your experiences.
Your thoughts can change the shape of your brain and the way it works.

Consistent positive thinking can not only re-wire your brain but can also stimulate and strengthen brain areas that allow you to enjoy positive feelings more often.

As the end of the year approaches;
Earth is on schedule to complete it’s orbit around the Sun.

We often become engrossed in making substantial and often unrealistic changes in our behaviour and lifestyle.

To create lasting change, we must change our habits.

Your life is essentially the sum of your habits.
We are what we repeatedly do; therefore it is vital that we create good habits.

If you genuinely believe that something will improve your life and wellbeing why wait for the first of January?
Why not change unwanted behaviours/relationships at the exact point you realise that they are unhelpful?

Change what you think is necessary;
when you think it is necessary.

On your own terms.

Goals are great for planning; however the habits you implement will be the basis for your progress and achievement.
Goals can provide direction but it is the habits, routines and systems we intentionally put in place that assist us to achieve our goals.

Focusing on your habits, and not your goals; acknowledges that the commitment to the process is what will achieve the goal. Keep your goal in mind but focus on your everyday routines, rituals and systems in order to achieve your goals.

Focussing on goals; ultimately postpones our happiness until the goal is achieved.
Focussing on habits; keeps our attention in the present; emphasising what we are achieving everyday.

Majority of the time our habits are created unconsciously and executed automatically; however, we can intentionally cultivate our habits.

Our habit making behaviours are linked to the basal ganglia and cellular mechanisms involved include the dorsolateral and dorsomedial striatum.

Consistently adopting good habits will help to strengthen neural pathways in your brain ensuring your good habits become your primary choice.

The brain hardwires everything that we repeatedly do, so implementing good habits is a prerequisite to success.

Intense emotions can cause aching distress within your stomach; which can be so overwhelming that you feel unable to eat.

Stomach distress can be intricately linked to mental health. This is because the brain and the gastrointestinal system are intimately connected.

The gastrointestinal tract is sensitive to emotion. Anger, anxiety and elation can trigger symptoms in the gut.

The communication system between your gut and brain is called the gut-brain axis.

The vagus nerve is one of the biggest nerves connecting your gut and brain. It sends signals in both directions.

Your gut contains 500 million neurons, which are connected to your brain through nerves in your nervous system.

Approximately 90% of the neurotransmitter serotonin is produced in the gut by mucosal enterochromaffin cells and enteric nervous system neurons.

Your gut microbes also produce a neurotransmitter called gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which helps control feelings of fear and anxiety.

Stress (or other psychological factors) can affect movement and contractions of the GI tract, worsen inflammation and make you more susceptible to infection.
The dysregulation and hyperactivity of the brain-gut axis involves pathways that are affected by stress.
During times of stress; the adrenal glands release cortisol into the bloodstream to prepare for flight or flight. This can also trigger abdominal discomfort and other gastrointestinal symptoms.

The chemical messages that pass between the gut and the brain can be affected by the bacteria that live in the gut.

Probiotics have the ability to restore normal microbial balance, and therefore have a potential role in the treatment and prevention of anxiety and depression.

Diet alterations can have significant impact on the gut bacterial composition and therefore support mental health.

Eating a well-balanced diet that includes probiotics, prebiotics, omega-3 fats, fermented and polyphenol-rich foods can assist in supporting microbial health.

The verb ‘quit’ tends to have negative connotations.
However, if we reframe our view of ‘quitting’ to consciously setting boundaries – we amplify our power to intentionally choose the reality we desire.

There is wisdom in acknowledging and knowing when it is time to stop.
By setting conscious boundaries you honour your sincerest needs and desires.

Acknowledging when familiar has become toxic.
Accepting when you have simply had enough; and knowing that you do not have to justify why.

Embracing when it is time to stop giving your attention, your time and essentially your energy.

Your energy is your greatest source of power.

Energy is transferrable – you must ensure that the energy you receive from others is aligned with how you want to feel.

If the energetic exchange no longer resonates with you - consciously and unapologetically set your boundaries.

‘The Scent Of Love’

There are approximately 50 million receptor cells in the human olfactory area; working together to help identify your loved ones glorious scent.

Olfactory signals can act as a catalyst for communication and attraction.

There is communication below the level of consciousness; as pheromones emitted from their body help to solidify irresistible attraction.

The major histocompatibility complex genes are involved in the production of our pheromones - our natural and distinct scent.
Pheromones can provoke unconscious reactions when stimulating the nasal receptors; modulating our interpersonal relationships.

Our ability to smell comes from specialised olfactory sensory neurons located in the nasal epithelium, which detect and transmit odorant information to the central nervous system.
As air rushes across the membranes of the nasal cavity; you are captivated whilst inhaling their exhilarating scent.

Microscopic molecules bind to and stimulate olfactory receptors.
Messages are sent to the brain which identifies it as the exquisite scent uniquely associated with your loved one; synthesised into an unforgettable experience.

Subconsciously attracted to the scent of their pheromones; relishing in the familiarity of their essence which is both comforting and reassuring.

Their personal chemical signature creates a pheromonal reaction that is explosive.

Neurotransmitters dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and vasopressin all create chemical reactions; manifesting in love!
