🚨 Microsoft 365 pricing is changing – are you ready for July 2026? 🚨

From 1 July 2026, Microsoft will introduce price increases across many Microsoft 365 plans, with rises ranging from ~5% up to 33% depending on the licence.

💡 What you need to know:
- New subscriptions move to the new pricing immediately
- Existing customers will see increases at their next renewal
- Popular plans like Business Basic (~16%) and Standard (~12%) are increasing
- Some licences, including Business Premium and E1, are expected to remain unchanged
- Frontline licences are seeing the largest increases (up to 33%)

💡 Why now might be the time to move to Business Premium
With pricing shifting, Business Premium is quickly becoming the best-value option for many organisations.

Here’s why businesses are upgrading from Basic or Standard ⬇️

How do you use AI?

We don’t all know how best to apply it to everyday life. We recently ran our first AI Webinar, with the aim of helping people learn more about AI and how to implement it safely and effectively into the workplace.

Here’s what one of our clients said: "Thank you to Headstart for today's AI training session on personal productivity. It was pitched at just the right level with lots of useful tips; from how to set up and personalise Copilot to give responses in your chosen tone and format, to analysing and reporting on Excel spreadsheets.

I'm looking forward to June's session on AI for Cybersecurity Awareness"

6 signs your charity may need an IT health check.

Not because anything has gone wrong — but because IT has quietly evolved over time.

Most charities are busy delivering important work - IT housekeeping understandably slips down the list.

We work with a number of charities and often find a few practical improvements make a much bigger difference than expected.

If any of these feel familiar, it’s probably worth taking a bit of time to review - a few practical improvements can often prevent unnecessary frustration later.
