When the baby casting stopped, we casted nature instead! We took time out to connect with nature and it turned out to be such a great mindfulness practise that we did over and over again.
•
We first went on a nature hunt, taking clippings from plants that we thought had interesting veins, shapes, textures and features - we spent the whole morning searching in our local park! 🌳
•
We then pressed our nature into soft earthy clay - definitely a sensory delight! We took time to appreciate how vibrant the colours looked against the brown of the clay. The final cast picked up so much beautiful detail!

Small mindful moments like being in nature, helps boost wellbeing and happiness. Children are so good at living in the present moment, us adults can definitely learn from them! So let's take time out and breathe in the fresh air and discover the abundance of beauty around us - it's completely free! 🌿

🌿GROWTH🌿

Being able to watch our children grow is such a privilege and the most beautiful, special feeling in the world. I've spent 11 years growing this little business of mine and in doing so, it feels like I've missed watching my children grow.
•
Although I haven't been active on social media for a while, behind the scenes it's been very busy which I am so grateful for. But sometimes running your own business can be exhausting and lockdown meant I had no choice but to stop and close the business - and I really needed it!
•
It was a time for personal growth, self care, embracing family life, doing art, baking cakes and spending that much needed time with my girls - I am so grateful for that.
•
Now that life is returning to some sort of normality, I'll be taking with me all of the things that have helped me grow but most of all - live in the present, be present for my children and enjoy watching them grow!
•
Enough rambling from me - thank you to those who made it this far! I'll will try and show up more on here this year! 💜

🌸 I'm so excited for this!!! I'm opening on Monday 27th July 🌸 It's been way too long and I've missed you all so much ❤ Thank you so much for your patience! ❤ In the meantime, I'll carry on embracing my role as teacher, chef, cleaner, business owner, mum, wife and everything else that comes with being at home 24/7!! I must admit, it has been great fun! ❤
