The majority of doctors have at some point had problems with their own mental health. As GPs we spend a lot of time focusing on our patients’ mental health but who is looking out for our own?
RCGP Faculties (South East and South West Thames and RCGP London) in partnership with RCPsych have put together an exciting program looking at how to maintain our own wellbeing & mental health as GPs. Leading figures such as Dr Clare Gerada will be taking part and there will be the opportunity to find out about resources and tools to help with resilience, workplace issues such as bullying, mindfulness and also teaching around sick doctors.
Come and join us to find out how to look after our own mental health and that of our colleagues in the increasingly pressured work environment that is modern general practice.
Monday 12 June @ RCPscy. Discounts for RCGP and RCPscy members.
