I have returned from an amazing day in Northampton, where we piloted a new innovation programme with one of the world's biggest companies, Siemens. The apprentices today presented to the 90 strong UK leadership team. The MD of the UK business remarked that their presentation was the highlight of the day. I am very proud of all of the apprentices for their hard work and perseverance. Many of them were out of their comfort zone, but excelled. You are the green shots and future leaders of Siemens. Well done!
