Dear parents,

I hope you're well. I would like to inform you that I am no longer the owner and director of Kids with Brains (since the end of last month).

After more than 7 wonderful years running the business, I've decided to move on to focus on other personal projects that would allow me to spend more time with my family, especially with my two year old daughter, with whom I intend to carry on many science activities over the next few years.

I am very proud of what was achieved over all these years and of being able to make it work for so long (while surviving the pandemic). What started as a sole trader business, turned into a ltd company. Thousands of children had the chance to attend our science activities and have fun while learning science.

Last summer had the best camps ever! It was great to see that many customers stayed with us and brought friends with them. So many new schools have approached us over the last months to start new after school clubs and so many party requests came our way.

As some of you know, I am Portuguese and by the end of 2019, I've returned to Lisbon to have my first baby. During all this time, Ms. Cecilia Valente has been very helpful looking after the business in London and running the daily activities, while also running her own business, so unsurprisingly she will be the new owner and will take over after me.

We've been working on this transition over the last months so you will be in excellent hands. She will be in touch very soon about the summer camps. You don't need to do anything.

I would like to thank you for all the support over these years and hope you can stay with us for many more.

Good morning everyone! We hope you're enjoying your half term break. We may have been quiet in social media but we've been super busy over the last months and we'll be sharing some exciting news soon!

Meanwhile, we had so many parties lately that we decided to share some amazing pictures of one of them. The decoration was just superb and may serve as inspiration if you wish to do something similar to your child (the decoration was done by the mum, so all credit to hers).

Wishing everyone a warm, relaxing Christmas Eve surrounded by your loved ones, at least as much as you can in these uncertain times.

We had a wonderful autumn term filled with so many of our favourite chemistry experiments, welcomed a new teacher for our after school clubs and started working with two new independent schools.

There's been a lot of interest from new schools to receive one of our clubs next year (a new one will join us) and we hope we're able to keep up with the demand and reach more children during 2022.

Meanwhile we hope you and your families stay safe over the Christmas holiday and that we can see you soon.
