With so many companies going under and people losing their jobs and their livelihoods, it's great to see that Forever is thriving. An increase in sales is made possible by an increase in the number of people, like me, sharing the products and the opportunity, doing this from home, making use of all the online tools in place, being supported every step of the way and making a significant income. I believe business is growing not despite the crisis but because of the crisis. I'm so relieved to be a Forever Business Owner.

Today marks our 5th Edition of #FreshTalk ! Today’s Fresh Talk features Sarah. Sarah is not only a G+M Customer but often conducts business in G+M, and partners with G+M to promote Forever Aloe Vera drinking Gels. We were thrilled that she was more than happy to participate. Her wholefoods journey began all the way back in 1976 and she has had a largely vegetarian diet all her life, an expert in aromatherapy, wellness of both body and mind is near and dear to her.  Sarah shared her long and varied career, how she lived in 3 different countries, travelled with her daughter for the first years of her life and has almost always worked for herself. It seemed to us that this was a life showing an independence of spirit, one that was unfettered by anything but loyalty to her version of exploring the world to see what's out there. Fast forward and she’s been a happy Crouch End Local for twenty years now. Sarah took up her venture with Forever the Aloe Company as a means to provide an extra income for her retirement years. The business opportunity literally came to her rescue. It was the allure of doing something working part time, flexible hours that lead her to take up the mantle as a Forever Business Owner over 10 years ago. Like any profession that works with a product, there is an important need to really believe in what you’re selling and, having been doing it for many years, clearly there is something that has kept her in the business all this time. It seems that on paper, educating others on Aloe Vera was a natural fit for her and, based on our chat, we can see why. Sarah came up with a humorous allegory on Aloe Vera, that it's good for everywhere that is “Red, Raw, Itchy or Sore”! We all see the marketing that modern companies use with enticing lines like “infused with Aloe Vera” but the difference is that the products she showed us contain Aloe Vera as the main ingredient - "Aloe with" not "with Aloe". Like any natural product, Aloe Vera has clearly had a place in the wellbeing of all humans where it grows and references to it have been documented as long as four thousands years ago. Our Open Day a huge success. Products to experience, Business Presentations and now Forever Ambassador Ben Cohen (winning World Cup England Rugby player) to speak about his sporting success and why he endorses our products. I’ve been helping out with free shots of aloe and it’s really busy!

When you work from home like I do, it's always fun to spend a "night in the office" among business colleagues. Tonight was special to be accompanied by rising star Amanda Nield - envisioning getting her first end of year performance bonus -, and seeing my friends Andrea and Kathryn show our guests who we are, what we do and the various opportunities on offer.
