🪩SPRING PARTY

On Saturday, April 4th from 7 PM to 1 AM we’re hosting an End of Year Party to celebrate a successfully completed academic year and to say goodbye to our third year students.

It is free for everyone! Members are encouraged to come, but everyone is welcome.

📍The venue is AGL Angel at 45 Essex Road, London, N1 2SF. There is both a dance floor and seating available, so you can alternate between partying and chatting. We’ll be playing our own music, so stay tuned for a playlist link to add your favourite songs! It’s on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, but there are unfortunately no accessible toilets. The venue has a wonderful cocktail menu to choose from, no BYO alcohol allowed.

Please reach out to committee if you have any questions or if you’d like someone to travel with you from campus. Thank you so much for a wonderful year, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!!! 🕺💃

For Q***r History Month, we’re visiting Q***r Britain — the UK’s first and only dedicated LGBTQ+ museum.
It’s an essential space for preserving q***r histories and memories in Britain.

🕒 We have a scheduled slot from 16:00–18:00.
You can:
• Meet us at 3pm by St Mary le Strand (the small church between Strand & Bush House) to travel together!
• Or meet us at Q***r Britain at 4pm!

Entrance is free, but we encourage donating (even just £2!) to support the museum!!

The History Department is running a workshop exploring q***r and trans histories of East London with local historian Cas Bradbeer. You’ll learn about the area’s rich social history and make your own mini zine using imagery from East London’s q***r past.
