From the Fruits of Sincerely Seeking Knowledge

It is reported that Ibrāhīm b. Adham – Allāh have mercy on him – said:

Whoever seeks knowledge sincerely, for the servants of Allāh to benefit by and to benefit himself, then being hidden (from fame) is more beloved to him than seeking loftiness. He is the one who becomes more lowly to himself, strives more in worship, fears Allāh more, yearns for Allāh more, and becomes more humble amongst people. He cares not what he has of this dunyā night or day.

Al-Bayhaqī, Shuʿab Al-Īmān article 1653.

Prophet ﷺ said:

"If the skin of the slave shivers from the fear of Allāh, his sins fall off, just as the leaves fall off a dry tree."

Abu Sa'id and Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"Never a believer is stricken with a discomfort, an illness, an anxiety, a grief or mental worry or even the pricking of a thorn but Allah will expiate his sins on account of his patience".

I hope your all in the best health and emaan in sha Allah. There will be a sister circle picnic this Saturday. A special themed reminder will be given as we enjoy the lovely sunshine and gather together to remember Allah Azza wa jal. I ask Allah to make the reminders a means for us to improve and elevate our status and enter into Jannahatul Firdous by the Mercy of Allah ameen
