Today is World Cancer Day, a day to acknowledge, raise awareness and advocate for those suffering from cancer .This also marks the start of a 3 year global cancer campaign titled ‘United by unique,’ which aims to put people at the heart of cancer care and to see those battling with cancer as individuals with unique journeys , not just as patients defined by their diagnoses . ✨Introducing our exciting mentorship scheme for this academic year ! This is an exciting opportunity to build lasting networks and learn from leading healthcare experts who share similar interests and career goals to you by being paired with a mentor. More information will be shared soon and the application form will go up at the end of the month so keep your eyes out for it and let us know if you have any questions!

✨We are hosting a fundraising concert on February the 13th to raise funds for , an organization working to rebuild and relocate disaster prone villages and provide disaster risk reduction training in Nepal and we are looking for any and all UCL performers to make this event a reality and a success.
