Mill Hill School’s Boarding community is celebrating acts of kindness this Monday for National Boarding Week, showing gratitude to the wonderful members of our boarding houses. 🏛️👏❤️

The Upper School House Music Competition Final was spectacular, with performances ranging from piano and violin to singing, as well as pupils accompanying themselves on piano or guitar. Our pupils never fail to amaze us with their incredible talent , it was a great show! 🎶👏

☀️ BFEST 2026 ☀️

This weekend, we held our much-loved annual BFEST, a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to enjoy a day in the sunshine with friends 🌈

A huge thank you to for organising such a fantastic event year after year. From delicious ice cream to funfair rides and games, it was a day full of laughter, fun, and sunshine! 🍦🎡✨

What an incredible two days it has been so far with the 🤩💙

Our Year 8 pupils have been immersed in a very special two-day Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, delivered by the . Working in teams, they have been developing innovative business ideas, all building towards the highly anticipated Belmont Dragons’ Den final this afternoon, where the winning teams from each class will present their pitches.

The Young Entrepreneurs Academy, founded by parent Paul Herman, delivers its acclaimed Basics of Business programme, certified by UCL School of Management. We are proud to be one of the pilot schools selected to take part in this exciting initiative.👏

This bootcamp offers a truly inspiring and practical learning experience, going far beyond the classroom and perfectly aligning with the enrichment focus outlined in the Government’s recent curriculum review.

Over the past two days, pupils have also had the privilege of hearing from outstanding guest speakers, including Sir Richard Harpin, founder of , who shared invaluable insights into his entrepreneurial journey, and Tobi Ajala, a British technologist and entrepreneur. After teaching herself to code as a teenager and building a career at the BBC and Apple, Tobi went on to found TECHTEE, a software development company focused on helping organisations innovate and scale. 📈💻

We hope our pupils leave this experience inspired, full of ideas, and with a renewed sense of what they might achieve in the future.

3CC have been busy designing and building their volcanoes as part of their Creative Learning Project. It has been wonderful to see their creativity and enthusiasm brought to life throughout the project. 🌋🎨🖌️

Year 6 pupils had a great trip to Barnet Museum and St John the Baptist Church, where they explored local history and brought their learning to life! 🏰⛪

We were absolutely delighted with the success of the Astro Gala Dinner, an exceptional evening in every sense. 🥂🎉

Guests enjoyed a truly memorable night, with fantastic entertainment from DJ Marvin Humes and the privilege of welcoming an outstanding line-up of sporting figures, including England and British & Irish Lions Captain Maro Itoje, legend Paul Merson, and Old Millhillian and player Noah Caluori. 🏈⚽

The atmosphere was vibrant, the company inspiring, and we are incredibly proud of the remarkable funds raised through the evening’s auction. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported and contributed to such a special occasion. 💙
