Our work with Ergocom - Vocational Rehabilitation Services has really highlighted the positives of building bespoke interpreting services to fit each individual client. This was an ideal partnership as we both share the philosophy that services should never be "one size fits all".
On the surface this assignment was relatively straightforward, however a series of events caused havoc with our plans! Thanks to our service manager and a brilliant interpreter we were able to turn a hiccup into a positive experience for all.

We're delighted to announce our minimum per minute rate for telephone interpreters is now over 25% higher than our bigger competitors. Not only that, we ensure we pay all interpreters the same day every month for any work the previous month.

We're incredibly proud to be a provider of interpreting services for groups. Community sponsorship is a refugee resettlement programme with local people at its heart. Our work in East London has seen us partner refugee families with an experienced interpreter, who is also a member of the local community.
Interpreters act as a channel of communication between people who don’t speak the same language, so providing access to them is an essential part of the support offered to the refugee families welcomed through .
Although this may seem tricky, there are lots of different ways to find interpreters in your area and various ways your group can work with them.
